RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, CARING
These three words are expectations in every part of the building. This includes classrooms, restrooms, hallways, before and after school, the cafeteria, and the gym.

Are students rewarded for being respectful, responsible, and caring?
Yes, Giant Prides are handed out to students who are seen being respectful, responsible, or caring.
What are Giant Prides?
Giant Prides are slips of paper that can be handed out to students who are doing the right thing. Examples include staying quiet in the hallways, helping a classmate who dropped their stuff, comforting a classmate who might be upset, following directions the first time they were given, etc. Teachers will give them out, and students will write their name on them and collect as many as they can.
What are Giant Prides used for?
On certain Fridays, there is a Giant Pride store in the cafeteria at lunchtime. Giant Prides are like money, and students can buy certain things at the store, such as school supplies, candy, soda, gift certificates, a pass to be first in the lunch line, a pass to eat lunch with a teacher, etc. Students also can use Giant Prides to put their name in drawings to win prizes or compete in fun activities at our Spirit Day assemblies.
